Eef van der Worp BOptom PhD graduated from the Hogeschool van Utrecht in the
Netherlands and has worked in different positions at the school for over ten years. He is
affiliated with the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands where he received his PhD,
is a visiting scientist at Manchester University (Manchester UK) and an adjunct research
scientist at Pacific University College of Optometry. He lectures extensively worldwide
and he resides both in Amsterdam – the Netherlands and in Washington, DC.

Patrick Caroline serves as an Associate Professor at Pacific University College of
Optometry and as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Oregon Health &
Sciences University in Portland, Oregon.  He is a Fellow and Diplomate of the
Cornea and Contact Lens Section of the American Academy of Optometry.  For the
past 15 years, Prof. Caroline has served as a contributing editor for Contact
Lens Spectrum and is on the editorial board for Contact Lens and Anterior Eye
Journal.  He is an internationally recognized lecturer and researcher on contact lenses.

Ken Kopp has been in the Eye Care field for over 30 years. He began as a licensed
Optician in upstate New York and was the sole contact lens practitioner for a highly
successful multi-location Optical business
and has held managerial positions with
national and international manufacturers. Ken has lectured on the clinical aspects,
modality side of the contact lens industry and has held  entered the wholesale
differences, and modern manufacturing of all types of contact lenses.  He currently is the
Manager of Clinical and Professional Services at Paragon Vision Sciences.
